Aqua-Slate™ Substrate (Gravel) is natural aquarium grade substrate for display tanks. It is the ultimate choice for cichlid aquariums or other fish that prefer hard, rocky natural substrate.

Aqua-Slate™ Substrate has many different uses and can vary depending on the hobbyist. It can also be used in reptilian enclosures, turtle terrariums and under fine gravel to either increase the height of the substrate or allow for the growth of thicker plant roots.
