When we supply pet shops with live stock we ensure that you get the very best that is available in the same manner we do for our own store.
Below are some terms and conditions for a sale of live stock:
- You must apply as a retailer before purchasing or you will be charged retail prices;
- Stock MUST be collected the day it arrives.
- We are not responsible if our import supplier supplies larger OR smaller sized fish than requested.
- Sometimes when an order goes through and has been invoiced it will show us (fish@home) that all items have been packed. However, there are sometimes mistakes made by our import supplier and some fish are not packed. You WILL NOT PAY for this, instead you can choose to either wait for it to come with the next order or you will be refunded the amount.
- All stock undergoes a quarantine and decontamination process (you do not pay for this) before we release the stock to you.
- A full payment must be received before we pack your order;
- Prices change often; if the item you requested has either dropped in price or increased in price; you will notified and the necessary adjustments will be made.
- DOA’s must be accompanied by a digital photo. Remember that some fish WILL NOT carry the 18 hour DOA period.
Below are the terms and conditions for a sale of our products:
- You must apply as a retailer before purchasing otherwise you will be charged retail prices;
- Minimum order of 10 of each product;
- A Packaging and FREIGHT (postage) charge is applicable to customers outside of Durban and is dependent on weight;
- A full payment must be received before we pack your order;
- All stock is thoroughly checked before postage;
